If your feed needs to be inside the "template" as oppossed to the contents of a page of a specific template, you do not need to use the Insert PHP plug in.
To access your template, you can go to Appearance > Editor from the Word Press Dashboard.
Then open the template you need to add the drop down boxes to. In this case, a template called SideBar. Find where you need to add the drop down menu and simply insert the PHP code generated from the Remedy Connect Setup Options (see instructions below).
To generate your php code, go to your Remedy Connect CMSDesk. This will be given to you by the staff when your content module is initially purchased. You can go to the start tab. Fill out Steps 1 & 2. On Step 3: Setup Option.
Select HTML Feed.
Click "Generate HTML Feed Code" to bring up your list of article types. Fill in the name of actual page URL for each type and click "Record Page Names". (If you have not created your pages yet, see

Once the page names are saved, you can click "Generate Drop Down".
This will pop up a window with your code.
You do not need to replace for Word Press Plug In. Simply, highlight the code, and copy. Then paste it into the location in your template editor where you want the specific drop down to be placed.
